Likewise...just going to keep running seasons and treating it like I would any team until the world locks or stops SImming. It doesn't seem there's any monitoring on this forum any more, but I'll still post things here and in main forum on the "active worlds" if an issue pops up (although I'm really not sure if those are being monitored all that closely any more or not, either...)

Yeah - I am maintaining my three teams, and my son's Tennessee Chattanooga team, although I will probably not keep his going after this season if it continues. I am anxious to see how high in prestige Dartmouth can get. I have a really strong team this year, and we are already at B+ so it will be interesting to see.

I haven't really paid much attention this season and I keep forgetting to check recruiting stuff.

I basically just wanted to see how many points I could get this guy to score

No, is my understanding. Just hoping we get through the off-season recruiting cycle, but I see no reason to expect a new season to start. Seble posted this 3 weeks ago.

I cannot imagine anything has occurred that would have changed this decision. On the same day seble posted the above, tzent posted this. Other than posting these notices more prominently, I don't think WIS could be more clear.

That makes sense. At this point there would not be much reason to continue it, since the worlds are live. Unless they just leave it run. I was super disappointed my Dartmouth team only made the second round. I just suck at coaching the zone, I believe.

If it isn't costing them much to leave beta just run, there is little reason to go out of their way to shut it down. There is always the chance that they can learn something from it, and maybe even try out one of the tweaks they might still be considering. What's the harm in just leaving it run for a while?

We'll know in about a day, I think.

My guess would be the beta runs. The 12 of us still active will enjoy it.

I just got a new team in the beta during the job change period. For whatever that's worth.

The free code is still working too if you need more seasons just in case ;)

Remember: the new rollover to a "new" season is after the 2nd round of recruiting. It's good that the WIS is letting a season run straight through. For those that are interested, keep your finger's crossed, but I think the point at which admin had to make the rollover happen was at the close of round 2 recruiting or the job signup.
